Every 12 yard rental comes with 3 tons of weight built in and a full 7 days to fill it. Most folks are done by Sunday night. A lot of people call us looking for a 10 yard. Here's the honest answer. We don't stock a 10. Our smallest can is the 12, and that's on purpose.
It sits in your driveway in basically the same spot a 10 would take up. But you get extra room inside for the pile that always ends up bigger than you planned. Nobody has ever called us mad that their dumpster was too big. Plenty have wished they'd sized up. So if a 10 is what you had in mind, the 12 is the one to grab.

Not quite, and the difference works in your favor. We don't carry a 10. The 12 is our smallest, and it takes up about the same driveway space a 10 would while giving you more room inside. If you were shopping for a 10, the 12 is the one to get.
Almost always, yes. The 12 is our most driveway friendly can. It slides into a normal two car driveway and in most cases you can still park a vehicle right next to it. If your spot is tight, just tell us when you call and we'll make sure it works before we roll out.
Your 12 yard comes with 3 tons built in, and most cleanout and remodel loads stay under that pretty easy. If you do go over, there's a small charge per extra ton, and we tell you that rate upfront so it's never a shock. Loading something heavy like concrete or dirt? Call first and we'll point you the right way.
Most of what a cleanout or small remodel throws at you. Furniture, carpet, drywall, wood, old flooring, and general junk all go right in. Washers, dryers, and stoves are fine too. Just keep tires and wet paint out, and give us a heads up about fridges or AC units since those need the coolant drained first.
If it sits in your own driveway, no permit needed. You're good to go. If it has to sit out on the street, some towns want a quick heads up or a permit first. Not sure how your borough handles it? Ask Travis and he'll walk you through it.
