Our prices run $385 for a 10 yard up to $750 for a 40 yard, and that number already covers delivery, pickup, and a 7 day rental. Each size comes with its own weight allowance. For most home projects the 20 yard is the sweet spot. A garage cleanout usually fits in a 12, a whole house cleanout wants a 30, and big construction jobs take the 40. When in doubt, go one size up. It's way cheaper than ordering a second can.
Anything liquid, flammable, or hazardous stays out. That covers wet paint, motor oil, solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, batteries, and tires. Electronics and appliances with refrigerant, like TVs, monitors, and refrigerators, need to be handled separately. Dried out latex paint cans are fine. A few of these we can still take for an extra disposal fee, so call before you toss it. Full list of what can't go in.
Do the math on your truck. A 20 yard dumpster holds about 8 pickup loads, so that's 8 round trips, 8 waits in the transfer station line, and 8 dump fees. Plus gas. Plus your whole Saturday. For anything bigger than one load, the dumpster usually wins.

Washers, dryers, and stoves can go right in. Fridges, freezers, and AC units are different because of the refrigerant sealed inside, so those can't go in the can. We can take them as a separate disposal item for a fee. Just ask when you book.
On your own property, no permit needed. Drop it in the driveway and you're set. If the can has to sit on the street, the borough usually wants to know first and the rules differ from town to town, so bring it up when you book and we'll help you sort it out.
