Every 12 yard rental comes with 2 tons of weight built in and a full 7 days to fill it. Most folks are done by Sunday night. Call before noon and there's a real good chance the can lands in your driveway that same day. One flat price covers the drop off, the pickup, and the weight. That's it. How the 12 Compares to the 10
A lot of people call us looking for a 10 yard. Both work, and both take up about the same spot in your driveway.
The difference is what fits inside. The 12 gives you extra room for the pile that always ends up bigger than you planned. Nobody has ever called us mad that their dumpster was too big. Plenty have wished they'd sized up.
So book whichever one fits your budget. Both come with the same 2 tons of weight: the 10 yard is $365 and the 12 yard is $375. Anything over 2 tons is $95 a ton. If you need more weight than that, the 15 yard is $425 with 3 tons.

Not quite, and the difference works in your favor. We don't carry a 10. The 12 is our smallest can, and it takes up about the same driveway space a 10 would while giving you more room inside. Book either rate and the same can shows up with the same 2 tons of weight. The 10 yard rate is $365, the 12 yard rate is $375, and anything over 2 tons runs $95 a ton. Need more weight? The 15 yard is $425 with 3 tons.
Almost always, yes. The 12 is our most driveway friendly can. It slides into a normal two car driveway and in most cases you can still park a vehicle right next to it. If your spot is tight, just tell us when you call and we'll make sure it works before we roll out.
Your 12 yard comes with 2 tons built in, and most cleanout and remodel loads stay under that pretty easy. If you do go over, it's $95 a ton off the scale ticket, and you know that rate before the can ever shows up. Loading something heavy like concrete or brick? Expect to go over, and budget the $95 a ton.
Most of what a cleanout or small remodel throws at you. Furniture, carpet, drywall, wood, old flooring, and general junk all go right in. Washers, dryers, and stoves are fine too. Just keep tires and wet paint out. Fridges and AC units go separately for a disposal fee, so mention those when you book.
If it sits in your own driveway, no permit needed. You're good to go. If it has to sit out on the street, some towns want a quick heads up or a permit first. Not sure how your borough handles it? Ask one of the brothers and he'll walk you through it.
