The 15 is what you grab when the pile isn't huge but it's heavy. Three tons instead of two. Same driveway spot, same seven days, and a whole extra ton of room to be wrong about what your stuff actually weighs.
Locally Owned · Same Day Drop Off Available · 7 Day Rentals · 3 Tons Included
Most folks call us with a rough idea of how big their pile is. Almost nobody thinks about what it weighs. That's the part that bites people.
Shingles, plaster, tile, busted up drywall. That stuff is dense. You can fill a small can halfway and already be over your tonnage, and then you're paying overage on a dumpster that still looks empty. The 15 fixes that. You get a whole extra ton over our 12 for fifty bucks, and it takes up about the same room out front.
Every 15 yard rental comes with 3 tons of weight and a full 7 days. Call before noon and there's a real good chance it's sitting in your driveway this afternoon.

Here's the honest breakdown. Our 12 yard runs $375 and comes with 2 tons. The 15 is $425 and comes with 3.
So you're not really buying much more room. You're buying weight. And weight is the thing that quietly costs people money on a dumpster rental because nobody stands in their driveway thinking about pounds, they think about how big the pile looks, and the pile lies.
Light and bulky? Stay on the 12. Old furniture, boxes, bagged junk, brush. That stuff fills a can long before it gets heavy.
Dense and heavy? Take the 15. Roofing, plaster, tile, flooring, wet carpet, anything that came off a wall or a roof. One extra ton is cheap insurance against a $95 overage. See the 12 yard.
Not Sure? Call and AskShingles are heavy and they add up fast. A single layer off a small to mid size roof lands right in the 15's wheelhouse.
Old tile, backer board, and hardwood weigh a ton once it's all torn up. This is the can for it.
Doing both in one weekend? The 15 swallows it without you playing debris Tetris at the end.
Old pressure treated lumber soaks up water and gets heavy. Extra tonnage matters more than extra room here.
Bath gut jobs and single room remodels throw off a nasty mix of drywall, plaster, and fixtures.
A little bit of everything, most of it dense. That's the load the 15 was made for.
Three tons is six thousand pounds. Sounds like plenty. It disappears faster than just about anybody expects, especially once you start throwing dense stuff in there.
Rough numbers so you can do the math before you start loading. A square of asphalt shingles runs about 250 pounds. Old plaster and lath is brutal, way heavier than drywall. Wet carpet and pad weigh double what dry does. Dirt and tile are dense enough that a can can look half empty and already be maxed.
Most cleanout and remodel loads never come close to 3 tons. But if you're pulling a roof or a tile floor, do the math first. Or just call and tell us what's coming out. One of the brothers will give you a straight answer, even if the answer is that you want a bigger can.
Go over and it's $95 a ton, billed right off the scale ticket at the landfill. We don't mark it up. And if you need the can longer than the 7 days, that's $10 a day or $50 a week. See every rate.
Get a Flat QuoteThe number we say on the phone covers the drop off, the pickup, your 7 days, and 3 tons of weight. Nothing creeps in at the end.
Get Your Flat QuoteThree sizes sit close together. Here's how to pick without overthinking it.
Our smallest. Light, bulky junk that fills a can before it gets heavy.
See the 12 YardThe weight step up. Same footprint as the 12, one more ton to work with.
Book the 15More room, same weight. Take it when you'll run out of space, not tonnage.
See the 20 YardWorth knowing. The 15 and the 20 carry the same 3 tons. Stepping up to the 20 buys you room, not weight. So if your load is heavy but not big, the 15 does the same job for sixty dollars less.
$425. That covers the drop off, the pickup, a full 7 days, and 3 tons of weight. Go past 3 tons and it's $95 a ton, straight off the scale ticket. No fuel fee, no environmental charge, no surprise line item at the end.
Figure 6 to 7 pickup truck loads. That's a roof tear off on a small to mid size house, a whole flooring job, or a garage and a basement cleared out in the same weekend. Furniture, drywall, lumber, shingles, tile. It all goes in.
Easy. A couch eats up way less room than people expect once it's actually in there. You could put a sectional, a mattress, and a pile of boxes in and still have space left. Clearing a whole house though? Look at the 20 or the 30.
Room, not weight. Both come with 3 tons. The 20 just gives you more space to put it and runs $485 instead of $425. Heavy pile that isn't huge, take the 15. Going to run out of room, take the 20.
It's $95 a ton, billed right off the scale ticket. We don't mark it up. Most cleanout loads never get close, but shingles, plaster, tile, and dirt stack up quicker than you'd think. A can that looks half empty can already be sitting at 3 tons.
Seven days, and that's already in the $425. Need it longer? It's $10 a day or $50 a week. Just give us a call before your week runs out and we'll set it up.
Yep. Mattresses and box springs go right in with everything else. Same for couches, recliners, and the rest of the furniture nobody feels like hauling themselves.
Depends how much you've got. One pickup load, drive it yourself. Six or seven loads and you're burning a whole weekend on gas and dump fees every trip. At that point the 15 costs less and you get your Saturday back.
Call and tell us what you're tearing out. You'll get one flat number, and if a different size is the smarter buy we'll say so.
Call by noon and same day drop off is usually on the table.
